Most meals can be prepared “South Beach” friendly. I like to use brown rice, whole wheat breadcrumbs, and whole grain pasta. This is all determined by you and what you like.

Salads

I make my own salad dressings, from Jalapeno Ranch to Blue Cheese to Spicy Italian. It’s up to you.
