The value of my service is not just fabulous food. The value is in time that you save, healthy eating, and alleviation of stress from meal time. The value is in the calm evening that you will have.
All packages include consultation, planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, and packaging. Entrees include at least one appropriate delicious side dish, depending on the entrée. Side dishes are prepared based on your personal preferences. Groceries are additional.

Many clients prefer to combine their meal selection to include one or two lunches (such as chicken salad). For example: the 5 x 4 plan could include 3 dinner entrees and 2 lunch selections, 4 portions of each. No problem! Whatever works best for you.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional Grocery Service
Beginning at $25 (for up to 10 items). I will purchase your personal grocery items in addition to your meal items. Need milk? Out of laundry detergent? Do the kids need snacks? No problem! You will NEVER have to grocery shop again!
Dinner Parties
Dinner parties prepared and served, if desired, so that you can be the life of the party instead of working in the kitchen. Spend the afternoon of your dinner party getting a massage instead of planning, shopping, unloading, cooking and cleaning!. Call for pricing

South Beach Diet Consultation
I am an unofficial “expert” regarding the South Beach Diet. I lost 60 pounds over the last 2 years. The only way to be successful on this diet is to cook. The secret to maintenance is to learn how to adjust recipes to your diet and learn how to eat socially without being deprived. In addition to cooking for you, I can show you how to eat at parties and restaurants. I have mastered this and would love to share it with you. Do you have large group of family or friends visiting? I will sneak in and prepare breakfast for your group.
Travel Packages
Do you need a personal chef to prepare meals at your ranch for a weekend with friends? Do you need a personal chef for your weekly trip to your beach house? Whether you need one or three meals per day, I can help you. I will consult with you, plan the menu, shop, cook, and clean up after meal preparation. OTHER COSTS
Container Fees
These fees are applied only if you do not already have appropriately sized containers. You have different options. For “permanent” types of containers, such as glass casserole types, I will purchase the containers for you (at your expense) for a $25 fee. These are your property and will stay at your home. If you prefer disposable types of containers, there is a $20 disposable container fee per cooking session.
Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to cancellations within 3 days of your cook date. If groceries have already been purchased, the cost of groceries will be applied in addition to the cancellation fee. If groceries have not been purchased, your cancellation fee will be subtracted from your grocery deposit and the difference will be refunded to you.
