Personal chef for the time-pressed
Most of us can relate to the problem of what to make for dinner, especially if you are a working mom or dad.
Some people just don’t have the time. There’s a solution to the problem and it just may be more affordable than you think: hiring a personal chef.
Jennifer Frankovsky is a personal chef, but to some she might be considered a life saver. She cooks meals for people who just don’t have the time to do it for themselves.
Like Tracy Wolf, a speech pathologist and mom to five kids.
“I’ve never felt like cooking anyway,” Wolf says, “But now we are so buy it’s just a real privilege to have that done for me.”
Every week, Frankovsky comes into Wolf’s home and cooks two full meals for the family. While that’s a time saver in itself, it’s what Frankovsky does before and after that would appeal to any busy person.
“I do all the shopping and unloading and I cook in their kitchen,” Frankovsky says, “And I put everything up, labeled with instructions so that when they get home all they have to do it heat it up.”

All the trash that accumulates, Frankovsky takes it with her.
Wolf says, "Jennifer leaves the kitchen clean so we don’t have pots and pans everywhere to deal with after we’re finished.”
This former realtor quit her job to become a personal chef because she loves making people lives easier.
Frankovsky says, "If you count the hours that you save, it’s incredible.”
But is it affordable? Frankovsky says absolutely. Her prices range from $150 to $230 depending on how many meals and what kinds of food are prepared.
“People pay to have their house cleaned or their car cleaned. This is not much more of an expense than that,” Frankovsky says.
It’s worth it to Wolf who now has the time to sit down and eat a meal with her children. That’s priceless.
